    We believe you will love your candles from Go Candles as much as we do and want you to be happy. But if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we promise to make it right or provide a refund. 

    How can I initiate a return or exchange? 

    Please email returns@gocandles.co within 14 days of receiving the product with your order number (found on your confirmation email) and an explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your item(s)

    How long do I have to request a refund or exchange?

    As mentioned above, all returns or exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. 

    What happens if my candle arrives damaged? 

    Please send a photo of the candle to returns@gocandles.com within 14 days of receiving the product with your order number (found on your confirmation email) and we will send a replacement candle.

    How long does it take to process a return? 

    Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to process after we receive your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
